User Responsibilities
Use only payment options available in your account and payment details that you are authorised to use. Rules for Platform Use
The services are provided for personal entertainment and responsible participation. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, PHLRUBY is not responsible for direct or indirect financial loss arising from platform use unless the loss is clearly caused by its negligence. Platform content, software, visual design, and trademarks are protected intellectual property. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials without permission may result in appropriate legal action.
